In his role as Operations Manager, Kolby provides oversight and management of project personnel and collaborates closely with project teams to ensure they have the proper resources and support to deliver projects on time and within budget. With a strong foundation in field supervision and project management, Kolby has held pivotal leadership roles across a spectrum of projects, spanning diverse facility types and delivery methods across the United States. Drawing from over 14 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Kolby has a diverse portfolio encompassing wood, concrete, and metal stud-framed structures.
