This project consisted of the construction of a one-story, 16,135-SF industrial equipment rental facility for ASCO Equipment Company.
The facility features a product showroom with administrative and office space, as well as a fully equipped, multi-stall repair/service shop with a fuel island and wash bay. Concrete paving is provided for both equipment and customer parking.
Construction consisted of light gauge metal framing with stucco and stone veneer finish on the front portions, and pre-engineered metal building on the shop portion.
