MW Builders served as general contractor for a new, dual hotel project located in Lithia Springs, GA. The project features construction of the two new Marriott hotels on a shared site — a 5-story Courtyard by Marriott and a 5-story Fairfield Inn & Suites. Each brand offers distinct amenities and services to meet the changing needs of its guests. The hotels will share:
