MW Builders was selected to be on the Titan Development and Aberg Property Company project team for the Trailhead at Chisholm Trail multifamily project in Fort Worth, Texas. This complex features seven buildings comprised of 284 units, and will include an additional clubhouse building and amenity center for residents and leasing staff. Additional facilities on the project site include a community pool, as well as a dog park and a community park. Additional amenities include a walking trail around the community pond and EV charging stations.
