MW Builders was the general contractor for the Village Cooperative Senior Community of West Des Moines project located in Des Moines, IA. This 125,000-SF senior living community features 55 independent living units with underground parking. The single-building, 4-story project was built using wood-frame construction and a precast concrete slab over the underground parking garage. This is the second project that MW Builders has built for the developer, Real Estate Equities Development.
