In his role as Operations Manager, Nolan provides oversight and management of project personnel and works closely with project teams to ensure they have the proper resources and support to deliver projects on time and within budget. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Nolan has a diverse portfolio encompassing an array of projects across sectors, including K-12, federal government, light industrial, manufacturing, college athletics, multifamily, religious, and higher education.
