MW Builders was selected to provide design-build services on the Robinson Weeks project team for Cleveland Road, a 395,000-SF build-to-suit speculative warehouse in Dallas, Texas. The warehouse sits on 30 acres and includes features such as a 36-foot clear height, 219 auto parking spaces, and 90 trailer spaces.
In the last five years, MW Builders has teamed with Pacheco Koch, GBA, and BSA on more than ten design-build projects.
