CelLink Corporation selected MW Builders to complete the tenant improvement construction on their manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas. The facility is located at the Gateway35 Commerce Center, an 85.73-acre, master-planned industrial park developed by Titan and constructed by MW Builders.
The facility will produce flexible circuits used in electric vehicles and battery storage units and includes 24,771 SF of conditioned office space, 126,720 SF of conditioned manufacturing, 19,521 SF of high pile storage, a 6,055-SF clean room, an 818-SF mezzanine, a traveling bridge crane, and civil modifications.
CelLink manufactures the world’s largest and most electrically and thermally conductive flexible circuits, essential for the automotive and energy storage industries. The company is a key supplier to major electric vehicle manufacturers, providing intelligent wiring systems needed for automotive wiring and battery packs with a key focus on efficiency and safety.
