Gateway35 Commerce Center is an 85.73-acre site in booming Georgetown, Texas, owned by Titan Development. MW Builders was selected as the general contractor for the development. The industrial park consists of three tilt-up warehouses, the CelLink tenant finish-out, and Wittera Way public improvements.
The three warehouse buildings’ exterior skin are concrete tilt-up and include structural steel columns, beams, joists, and joist girders. The three buildings total 713,750 SF. The Wittera Way public improvements consisted of 1750 LF of a public roadways, a TXDOT turn lane, and public utilities.
