MW Builders was selected to provide tenant improvements for the Greater Austin Merchants Cooperative (GAMA) located at Building V of the Titan NorthPark35 Industrial Park in Georgetown, Texas. The project covered 318,785 SF of improved space, facilitating various functions including distribution and mercantile operations.
Our work of work spanned from concrete demolition to plumbing and electrical installations. Additionally, our expertise extended to cold storage facilities, the erection of robust mezzanine steel structures, precise warehouse metal framing, and the meticulous installation of rigid insulation and ductwork.
